Founded in 2010, MILK is a destination for food that is nutritionally sound, seasonal and natural.
We choose thoughtfully sourced ingredients that include organic and local produce where possible. We prefer local (preferably Scottish grown) and traditionally farmed food, including Red Tractor Assured poultry and sustainably caught fish.
All our dishes are made in house with more than a little love for what we do. Our cakes are baked in our kitchens daily and we pride ourselves on having a great vegan and gluten free range. We use fresh, whole ingredients and even though cake is cake we try to incorporate as many nutritious ingredients as we can.
