We are celebrating the new season at MILK at Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop with our 3 course spring dinner.  

Including a seasonal welcome cocktail.

Saturday 19th May 7.30pm

To start:

Broad bean pilaf with roasted garlic yoghurt and flat bread crisp.

or

Wild leek and Mull of Kintyre beignet with devilled crab aoili

Main:

Loin of Scottish venison, tumbet, tomato and sweet wine jus.

or

Chickpea, apricot and harissa tagine, tumbet

Dessert:

White chocolate, cardamom and orange polenta cake with rose and orange blossom creme fraiche.
